Payment Options
We offer flexible payment methods to suit your NDIS plan management style.

Plan-Managed
We send invoices directly to your Plan Manager for processing. Please provide your Plan Manager's email during intake.

Self-Managed
We invoice you directly. You can pay via bank transfer and then claim the funds back through the NDIS MyPlace portal.
Invoicing Process
Our invoices are issued weekly or fortnightly (as agreed) and follow the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements. All invoices include:
- Detailed service descriptions and dates.
- Support item codes (as per NDIS Price Guide).
- Provider ABN and contact details.
- Payment terms (7 or 14 days).
